It was a very strange winter day in Sydney. The sun shined bravely above, casting down a sense of adventure while defiant to anyone’s words about winter. The ocean became a moving mirror, reflecting the sun’s shining laughter. The little outdoor pool could not withstand such warmth and melted into a tub of emerald and aqua lava. Stepping into this lava jelly gave me a sense of bewilderment. I saw green fire under a glass of light yet the water felt cool and refreshing on my skin. My senses were spinning with confusion. I never knew water could glisten and sparkle with so much colour and vibrancy.
